They then trained together as Alexander teachers with Walter and Dilys Carrington in London qualifyling in 1983/84 and have been running their Teacher Training Course in Amsterdam (ATCA) since 1994.

During their 35 year partnership, they have always run busy private practices and have performed and given group workshops together throughout Europe, US and Scandinavia including a performance of their AT and Theatre work at the Lugano Congress in 2008.

In addition they have taught many years in major drama schools in London (RADA, Drama Studio, ALRA & East15) developing through the principles of the Alexander work 'movement games' that enable the actor, dancer and AT teacher more self confidence and ease.

During the Congress Paul and Tessa might again perform briefly some of their AT/Theatre work in an artistic context at the end of their workshops.
