venue: Function Room, The Pavilion

A activity   B anatomy

For over 350 million years the four limbs of land vertebrates were coordinated with breath, and organized to move forward into the world to find food. In this workshop we will explore the inherent connections between walking and full arm functioning, as well as the links to breathing and the use of the head and jaw in the context of teaching the Alexander Technique.
